The "Working World" is the result of the end of my solipsistic view of my vocational journey I woke up and realized that our transgender community is collectively experiencing a fundamental challenge to securing and maintaining our lively hoods ; We are facing The same encounters with ugly prejudice ; we face the same uncertainty. Having realized this , I felt a responsibility to become vocal and DO something; thus this blog was born.
In this blog, I will cover the gamut of developments for the transgender community in the workplace or in the job market. It's my hope that this will benefit other transgenders by providing insight and perspective into the common condition we share. Another hope I have for this blog is that it becomes a dialogue. After all it is by dialogue amongst a community that action is bred, and it's from action that results come.
